Configure Session Timeout

Important:

• You must be an Owner or Admin of your Account.

The Owner or Admin of an Account can configure a time duration after which inactive users in the Organization will be logged out and redirected to the sign-in page.

1. Sign in to TestOps Admin.
2. On the Account admin menu, select the Security section on the left bar, navigate the Session Timeout (Katalon Platform) section.
   
3. Toggled on Automatically log out inactive users from Katalon Platform.

   Timeout Limit section appears.

   
4. In the Timeout Limit dropdown list, choose one of the following options:
   • 1 hour.
   • 3 hours.
   • 6 hours.
   • 12 hours.
   • 24 hours.
   • Custom (in minutes): specify the desired timeout (in minutes).
5. Click Update once finished.

When you set a number, all inactive users in your organization will be logged out after the number of minutes you have determined.
