Upgrade your subscription

The following is a guide on how to increase your test result quota, your TestCloud sessions as well as KSE/KRE licenses, or switch from a monthly to an annual billing cycle.

Important:

You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrading your subscription does not require you to cancel your existing subscription.

Your account will be upgraded immediately upon successful payment of the prorated amount.

Upgrade test result quota

Katalon TestOps comprises of different modules and services with their own individual quotas. These quotas represent how much of resources you can use according to your subscription plan. Refer to the following topic for more information: Version 8.0.0 - 8.0.1.

Depending on your current Katalon TestOps subscription plan, there is a limit on the number of test result quotas. To extend the quota, you need to upgrade to a higher tier to extend the test result quota.

Follow these steps to upgrade test result quota.

  1. Sign in to TestOps Admin and choose your Account.
  2. In your Account admin page, select Subscriptions section to open Subscription Management page.
  3. Navigate to Get more single products section.
  4. In the Select Platform Tier dropdown menu, select a higher tier to increase test result quota.

  5. Click Check out. You are redirected to the checkout page.
  6. In the checkout page, update the required information for billing and payment method (if needed), then click Checkout to complete your payment.

Purchase more KSE/KRE licenses and TestCloud sessions

Depending on your work requirements, you can:

Follow these step to add more KSE/KRE licenses and TestCloud sessions to your subscription.

  1. Sign in to TestOps Admin and select the desired Account.
  2. In your Account admin page, select Subscriptions section to open Subscription Management page.
  3. In the Get more single products section, fill in the total number of licenses or TestCloud sessions you want to purchase more.

  4. Click Checkout. You are redirected to the checkout page.
  5. Fill in or update the required information for billing and payment method (if needed), then click Checkout to complete your purchase.
After the payment is successfully, the Your Current Subscription(s) section will be updated with the new number of licenses/sessions.

Upgrade to an annual billing cycle

Warning:
  • You cannot change your annual subscription back to a monthly one.

  • You can only subscribe monthly again once your annual subscription has ended.

Follow these steps to upgrade your subscription to an annual billing cycle.

  1. Sign in to TestOps Admin.
  2. In your Account admin page, select Subscriptions section to open Subscription Management page.
  3. In the Get more single products section, navigate to your monthly subscription product that you want to upgrade, then switch the billing cycle option to Annual.

  4. Review the new plan's price found under the toggle, then click Check out. You are redirected to the checkout page.
  5. Update the required information for billing and payment method (if needed), then click of Checkout to complete the payment.
Successful payment will immediately change your subscription type.
